研究方向：
膜蛋白结构生物学：利用X-射线晶体学（X-ray）与冷冻电镜（cryo-EM）技术，解析重要离子通道、转运蛋白及蛋白酶的三维结构，并阐明其分子转运与调控机制。
计算生物学与蛋白质设计：结合生物信息学方法，利用大语言模型（LLM）等人工智能技术进行蛋白质的理性设计与功能验证（AI for Science）。
植物逆境应答机制：聚焦作物（如水稻）在非生物逆境（如盐碱、干旱）条件下的关键响应蛋白，从结构生物学角度揭示其分子机理。
