2013年本科毕业于湖南农业大学，2014年-2021年就读于中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所，先后获得硕士和博士学位，师从印遇龙院士和黄瑞林研究员。研究工作聚焦于肠道微生物对宿主疾病和健康的影响及调控。参与了国家自然科学基金地方联合基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题等多个研究项目或课题。以第一/通讯作者在Front Immunol、J Agr Food Chem、J Nutr等杂志发表多篇SCI论文，根据谷歌学术报告（截至2022-08），总发表SCI论文的引用次数超2300次，H指数为27，I10指数为50。现任Front Immunol、Front Nutr副主编、Biomed Res Int编委，曾任Mediat Inflamm特刊主编、Front Microbiol客座编辑。
研究方向
研究微生物对宿主疾病和健康的影响及机制；结合细胞谱系示踪技术，研究微生物对宿主发育、稳态、疾病及组织修复再生中细胞起源及命运调控机制。
