个人简介
2013年于湖南农业大学获学士学位;2014年-2021年于中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所先后获得硕士和博士学位,师从印遇龙院士和黄瑞林研究员。
曾主持教育部重点实验室课题一项,参与国家重点研发计划(课题骨干)、国家自然科学基金地方联合基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多个项目。以第一/通讯作者在J Nutr、Front Immunol、J Agr Food Chem等杂志发表SCI十余篇论文。根据谷歌学术报告(截至2025-03),总发表论文的引用次数约3700次,H指数为34,I10指数为60。现任Front Immunol、Front Nutr副主编,Int J Microbiol、Biomed Res Int编委,曾任Mediat Inflamm特刊主编、Front Microbiol客座编辑。曾获科睿唯安(Clarivate Analytics)2024年度“全球高被引科学家”(Highly Cited Researchers)奖、北京市普通高等学校“优秀毕业生”、中国科学院大学“优秀毕业生”等荣誉。

微生物与细胞命运决定
研究兴趣
1. 结合细胞谱系示踪技术,研究微生物对宿主发育、稳态、疾病及组织修复再生中细胞起源及命运调控机制;
2. 关注微生物与肠道健康,探讨微生物及其代谢产物调节肠道健康的机制,筛选用于促进动物生产的益生菌;
3. 研究营养物质对“肠道菌群-宿主代谢”轴的调控以及潜在机制。
