2005年本科毕业于福建师范大学生物工程专业,2009年硕士毕业于福建师范大学生化与分子生物学专业,2015年博士毕业于清华大学生物学专业。2015年至2019年在清华大学从事博士后研究工作,2020年进入杭高院参加工作。主页:https://people.ucas.ac.cn/~huangypHIAS
主要研究方向:
1.退行性、代谢性疾病分子机制研究
2.线粒体稳态调控分子机理研究
3.辅酶A(CoA)代谢通路分子调控机制
利用模式生物黑腹果蝇以及哺乳动物细胞等模型研究退行性、代谢性疾病(Cell reports, 2014;JAD, 2015;Commun Biol., 2019;NRR, 2022)及线粒体稳态调控的分子机理(Nat Commun., 2022),目前正致力于利用遗传筛选、分子细胞生物学及多组学方法挖掘线粒体稳态调控、退行性及代谢疾病通路的新调控机制。主持了国自然青年基金及博士后基金面上资助各1项,参与了科技部重点研发计划、中科院科技服务网络计划项目、国自然重大项目等项目。
