博士生导师,从事恶性肿瘤演进及治疗新策略的研究,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Science Translational Medicine, Nature Communications, Advanced Science, EMBO Reports等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文18篇,开展临床1/2期试验1项。以PI身份主持美国国立癌症研究院和美国白血病与淋巴瘤协会等4项国际基金约180万美元,受邀在AACR和ASH国际大会作口头报告,获LLS Fellow Award、AACR Lymphoma Research Fellowship (Declined)、HHMI Scholarship、ASH Abstract Achievement Award、中国科学院院长特别奖等奖项,受邀担任 Advanced Materials、Journal Hematology & Oncology、Advanced Science、Leukemia、eLife等期刊的审稿人。

 

课题组致力于“肿瘤演进及治疗新策略”的研究,采取多种手段,整合前沿组学方法、患者临床样本、病人源异种移植瘤模型、转基因小鼠模型、细胞系和CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑等技术和策略,深入研究恶性肿瘤的致病机理、新技术及治疗新策略。课题组的目标是将基础研究转化为临床前和临床应用,并最终造福我们的肿瘤患者,提升他们的生命质量。

 

课题组长期招收博后和研究生,方向包括湿实验和干实验,并欢迎本科生提前进入实验室进行培养。欢迎对课题组研究方向感兴趣的同学发送邮件联系。
