Cheng Zaoxia, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Marxism and Director of the Institute of International Politics, Zhejiang University,  is an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. She is a visiting scholar of Columbia University and Case Western Reserve University in the US, and the chief expert of a major project of the National Social Science Fund of China. She has published more than 10 books and over 70 papers in Chinese and English journals such as Historical Research and Journal of Chinese Communist Party History Studies.
