Lv Jianming is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tongce Holding Group, Chairman of Tongce Medical, Co-president of the Council of Savaid Medical School of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), and a member of the Council of Zhejiang University. He graduated from Zhejiang University (formerly Hangzhou University) in 1988. In 1995, he established Zhejiang Tongce Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In July 2003, he established Zhejiang Tongce Holding Group Co. Ltd. and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In 2006, the listed company under Tongce Group was renamed Tongce Medical (SH600673), becoming the first listed company of medical services in China. In 2013, he became Chairman of the Zhejiang University Alumni Association in Hangzhou. In May 2015, Tongce Group signed an agreement with UCAS on jointly establishing Savaid Medical School and setting up the Medical Center of Savaid Medical School. In July 2015, he became Co-president of the Council of Savaid Medical School, UCAS. In November 2020, he was elected Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Hospital Association. In December 2020, he was awarded the Golden Quality Corporate Leadership Award for Listed Companies by Shanghai Securities News.
