Zhang Dejun is an excellent innovative and entrepreneurial talent in the "Five Ones" project of state-owned enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and a high-level talent in Hangzhou. He has worked for Zhejiang Radio and Television Group and Zhejiang Daily Press Group for more than 22 years, and has participated in the preparation and implementation of the media integration development plan of Zhejiang Daily Press Group. In 2011, he participated in the establishment of Media Dreamworks, the first innovation and entrepreneurship incubator in the media field in China. In 2015, he was responsible for the operation and management of Zhejiang's online government service platform (zjzwfw.gov.cn) and Zheliban app. In early 2019, he participated in the establishment of Hangzhou City Brain Co., Ltd.
