Xue Yongqi, an expert in infrared and remote sensing technology, is a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and a research fellow, doctoral supervisor and chief engineer at Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, CAS. He has long been engaged in multispectral and imaging spectrum technology research, developing a variety of advanced remote sensing methods to establish an airborne practical remote sensing system and promoting the application of remote sensing technology in China.
