Cao Yu is an expert in industrial intellectual property evaluation, cultivation and financing. He is now deputy general manager of Zhejiang Intellectual Property Exchange Center. He is an alumnus of Zhejiang University and obtained his Engineering Doctorate in the US. He is the co-founder of a US-based B2C Internet e-commerce startup.
