Speaker:
Chu Junhao is an infrared physicist, an expert in semiconductor physics and devices, a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and a research fellow at the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, CAS. He has long been engaged in the research of infrared electronic materials and devices, and has carried out material physics and device research on narrow band semiconductor mercury cadmium telluride (HgCdTe) and ferroelectric thin films for red detectors.
Introduction to the lecture:
The speaker, proceeding from his personal experience in infrared science and technology research, exchanges the ways of doing research. He advocates the research methods of learning from others, forging inherent qualities, gathering driving forces, and carrying forward the spirit of struggle. The report also covers some trends of intelligent sensing research in the age of intelligence.
