The office mainly focuses on Party organization and reconstruction, education management and services of Party members, publicity of ideological work, cultural and ethical progress, campus culture and community services. It also takes up responsibility in many aspects such as management and service related to Non-Party personage management and services, discipline inspection and supervision, Party conduct improvement, affairs of All-China Federation of Trade Unions and women’s course and rights.
