Zheng Chonghui, male, Han nationality, born in March 1970, and with a doctorate, is a researcher. He currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and executive vice president (director-general level) of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).
