Fang Xiaoping, male, Han nationality, born in November 1968, and with a bachelor's degree, currently serves as a member of the Party Committee and secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).
