September 1998-July 2002: He studied at Beihang University for a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aircraft Power Engineering and Aerospace.
September 2002-July 2008: He studied at Tsinghua University for a Doctor of Science degree in Physics.
September 2008-December 2012: He worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Linear Accelerator (LAL) in France.
January 2013-October 2015: He worked as a CERN fellow in Switzerland.
October 2015-November 2015: He was an associate professor at the School of Physical Sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
December 2015-Present: He is a research fellow at the School of Physical Sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
His research interest is the particle physics experiment. He has participated in the LHCb experiment on the large hadron collider at CERN for a long time, and has made important achievements in experimental operation, physical analysis and detector pre-research. He has served as a coordinator for the concentrated pre-selection of LHCb experiments, the convener of the "bottom hadron and quarkonium" working group, a member of the operation planning group, and Chairman of the parallel session of the International Conference on High Energy Physics (ICHEP) in 2018. He is currently a member of the editorial board of the LHCb experiment. In recent years, he has published many papers in important academic journals as a major contributor, and he has an outstanding contribution to the discovery of doubly charmed baryons, which was selected as one of the Top 10 Scientific Advances of 2017 in China. He participated in the development of the "Taiji-1" scientific application system of space gravitational waves in 2019, and is currently involved in the development of the "Taiji-2" scientific application system.
His main research interests are particle physics and nuclear physics.
