
Zhang Yunlong is an associate research fellow at the National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences and a double-employed professor at the School of Fundamental Physics and Mathematical Sciences of Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study, UCAS.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lanzhou University in 2009.
He received his Doctor of Science degree from the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2014.
He successively worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Physics of National Taiwan University and the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics. In 2018, he served as a special assistant professor at the Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics (JSPS) of Kyoto University, Japan. In 2020, he joined the Gravitational Wave Astrophysics Group of the National Astronomical Observatories of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
His research interests are gravitational theory and cosmology, black hole physics and dark matter dark energy model, etc. His research results have also been widely used in relativistic fluids, astrodynamics, and strange extreme states of matter. He has published more than 30 papers in internationally renowned journals and more than 30 reports at international seminars, and has been invited to be a reviewer of journals in theoretical physics and astrophysics many times.
