Zhou Yi

Zhou Yi, a research fellow, graduated from the School of Physical Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China in 2007 and received a Ph.D. degree from the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012. He is a member of the H863 Themed Expert Group. He has been selected for the Talent Program of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and serves as a board member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS and President of the Shanghai Branch. He has been included in the Young Talent Support Project (Special Science and Technology) of the China Association for Science and Technology. He has long been engaged in the design and R&D of core components for superlattice infrared detectors of quantum structures. He has undertaken many research projects, such as the theme projects of the JW Science and Technology Commission, the major special projects in the aspects of core electronic devices, high-end generic chips and basic software and the projects funded by the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 30 papers inSmall, APL, SSTand other journals.
