Hu Lili

She is a research fellow, doctoral supervisor and expert in laser glass and laser fibers. As a project leader, she has undertaken the national science and technology major projects, the 863 Program projects, projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the important fields, and those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has long been committed to basic research on the composition, spectroscopy, and optical and technological properties of rare-earth-doped glass.

She is President of the Special Glass Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society and Chairperson of the Standardization Technical Committee on Optical Glass, Committee for Optoelectronic Materials and Products, Chinese Standards for Testing and Materials Commission (CSTM/FC60/TC01). As the first contributor, she was granted one Special Prize of the 2016 Shanghai Technological Invention Award and one Second Prize of the State Technological Innovation Award in 2017.
