
Gao Daming has long been engaged in the research of cancer signal transduction and metabolism.
He obtained his bachelor's degree from Shandong University in 2001 and his Ph.D. degree from the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2006. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School/Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from December 2006 to July 2012. At the end of July 2012, he returned to China and became a research fellow and principal investigator at the Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
