博士/博导,国家级人才计划(第十三批/2017),浙江省海外高层次人才引进计划特聘专家(2018),浙江省杰出青年基金获得者(2019);2010.7-2017.2美国宾夕法尼亚大学工作(博士后和副研究员);一直致力于病原基因组与生物安全研究。聚焦人兽共患病菌——沙门菌,利用微生物组等大数据分析并结合系统生物学手段,解析了病菌流行传播规律,揭示了病菌跨种感染与持续感染机制,构建了病原大数据预警与风险评估平台。承担国家重点研发计划课题和国家基金等十余项,以通讯作者在Natl Sci RevNat Commun(两篇),EMBO Mol MedClinical Infect Dis(两篇),mBio等发表论文80余篇(其中IF5>10论文12篇),引用>3200次,高被引论文五篇;申报/授权国家发明专利共五件,制定团体标准2套。曾获Publons全球同行评议奖、美国微生物学会少数族裔杰出导师奖和二十四届费城感染与免疫大会报告奖等奖项,入选2022年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists 2022)【美国斯坦福大学和Elsevier联合发布】。受邀参加国际国内会议主旨/特邀报告二十余次。曾参加美国农业科研中心基金、Medjaden青年基金、长江学者、国家重点研发计划项目等评审;担任PLoS PathogensmSystemsFoodborne Pathog DisFront MicrobiolFront Vet SciMicroorganismsAnimal Dis等杂志学术编委或副主编,作为审稿人为BMJLancet MicrobeCell RepEmerg Infect DisGlob Chang BiolMicrob GenomVet Microbiol 80余本国际学术期刊审稿500余次。受聘联合国FAO/WHO专家JEMRA(2023-2027)参与全球沙门菌风险评估修订。曾为中国科协提交两份有关人兽共患致病菌和细菌耐药性的内参报告。
